The Quality Assurance Office at the Faculty of Education – Abuzayan, in coordination with the University Office of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation, organized a workshop on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, on the implementation mechanisms and procedures for preparing the requirements of the institutional accreditation file.

The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Abdulraouf Shaaban Huquq, Director of the Faculty’s Quality Assurance Office, who reviewed the various challenges facing the Faculty and assessed its capacity to meet quality assurance requirements. The workshop was attended by a number of faculty members from the Faculty.

During the workshop, Dr. Tarik Faraj Idbeaa, Director of the University Office of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation, addressed a number of important and pressing issues related to the workshop’s main themes. He emphasized the need to take practical measures to effectively utilize available resources and maximize the benefits of the Faculty’s various capabilities and resources.

He also highlighted the importance of involving and integrating all relevant stakeholders in the quality assurance process, including faculty members, administrative staff, and support personnel. He stressed the need to implement practical measures to establish and reinforce the principles of internal auditing, self-assessment, development, and continuous improvement.

Furthermore, Dr. Idbeaa emphasized the importance of establishing an integrated training system for all Faculty personnel and ensuring that training programs are mandatory for all targeted staff, thereby strengthening their competencies and enabling them to effectively meet quality assurance and institutional accreditation requirements.
