A periodic meeting of the University of Gharyan Office of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation was held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, in the University Meeting Room. The meeting was attended by the Heads of Quality Assurance Departments from the University’s faculties and chaired by Dr. Tarik Faraj Idbeaa, Director of the University Office of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation.

The meeting addressed several items on the agenda, focusing on the following:

1. Monitoring the level of achievement in implementing the operational plans of the Quality Assurance Offices at the faculties during 2025, and reviewing the activities and programs completed in accordance with the approved timelines.
2. Reviewing the difficulties and challenges affecting the work of the Quality Assurance Offices at the faculties, and discussing appropriate proposals and solutions to address them.
3. Reviewing performance monitoring mechanisms and standardizing templates and procedures for preparing periodic reports, thereby ensuring consistency in the monitoring process and enhancing the efficiency of documentation and evaluation.
4. Any other business related to the quality assurance and performance evaluation system at the University and its faculties.

The meeting included an extensive discussion of the various agenda items, with participants exchanging views and proposals aimed at strengthening the performance of the Quality Assurance Offices, improving monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational plan implementation.

The meeting concluded at 12:30 p.m., following an agreement to monitor the implementation of the recommendations and agreed outcomes, and to prepare a report on the implementation results for submission at the next periodic meeting.
