A periodic meeting of the Directors of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Offices at the faculties of the University of Gharyan was held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in the University Meeting Room. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Tarik Idbeaa, Director of the University Office of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation.

The meeting addressed several issues related to the development of the quality assurance system and monitoring performance across the University’s faculties. Particular attention was given to the performance levels of Quality Coordinators within the various academic programs, including monitoring the implementation of their assigned duties and responsibilities.

The meeting also focused on developing a roadmap for the gradual implementation and monitoring of quality assurance requirements across the faculties, including identifying priorities and the necessary procedures to ensure effective implementation through a clear and measurable framework.

In addition, the participants reviewed and documented the difficulties and challenges encountered during the implementation of certain activities and programs, and discussed appropriate solutions and corrective measures to address them, thereby contributing to improved performance and greater effectiveness of the Quality Assurance Offices at the faculties.

The meeting reflects the commitment of the University of Gharyan Office of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation to strengthening continuous coordination with the Quality Assurance Offices at the faculties, monitoring the implementation of quality plans, and supporting ongoing improvement and development efforts in pursuit of the University’s objectives in quality assurance and institutional excellence.
