A periodic meeting of the Directors of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Offices at the faculties of the University of Gharyan was held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, in the University Meeting Room. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Tarik Idbeaa, Director of the University Office of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation.

The meeting addressed several issues related to monitoring and developing the quality assurance system across the University’s faculties, with particular emphasis on the performance levels of Quality Coordinators within the academic departments and monitoring the implementation of their assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with approved plans.

The meeting also discussed establishing a clear mechanism for monitoring the implementation of the annual operational plans across the faculties. This mechanism aims to monitor progress, assess implementation rates, identify shortcomings and challenges in a timely manner, and undertake the necessary corrective actions to achieve the established objectives.

The meeting forms part of the University of Gharyan Office of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation’s commitment to strengthening coordination with the Quality Assurance Offices at the faculties, enhancing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, supporting continuous improvement, and improving academic and administrative performance across the University.
